I haven’t been right in almost a month, but I’m back. What am I talking about? These gainzzz, that’s what. My birthday last month threw a playa off and then Thanksgiving’s messy self the week after. I actually worked out on Thanksgiving, in prep for the food fest, but fell off afterward. The fitness tracker on my Apple Watch has me obsessed with closing all three rings, which means I’ve reached my calorie, workout and stand goals for the day. I’ve only closed all three rings once since my birthday and have been slipping since.
Today changed all that. I refuse to gain any of the weight back that I’ve lost, cause truth is I’m tied. If this is your first reading my blog, I’ve been what I call “fat” my entire life. At the end of the summer, I decided to get healthier and reach my full schnack potential. In order to do that though, I have to put in work, today was the day I got back on track. I killed my workout and feel amazing. Anybody else feel skinty after a good workout? They say summer bodies are made in the winter, I’m ’bout to find it bih.
